I'm glad you've enjoyed reading my blog! I hope you do make it out to Oregon at some point; it's a pretty amazing place! To get the REAL Oregon experience, though, it's important to go to places other than just Portland. Top recommendations: Medford (or Ashland, a suburb), Eugene, and La Grande. Different corners and very different views, but amazing coffee shops at all :D
